Settlement regarding divorce, 1933
Mir Muhsin Aqa from Ardabil has the power of attorney from his daughter, Halimah Khanum, to settle the following with her husband, Karbalayi Asad Allah, the son of the late Murad ‘Ali from Ardabil: half of her mahr, which includes seventy five tumans, four misqals of gold, and a Qur’an (valued at twelve thousand dinars) in exchange for Halimah Khanum's clothing and other belongings; he also settles the other half of the mahr as well as Halimah Khanum's rights according to Shari‘a in exchange for the divorce; she shall not have any claims regarding her mahr or remuneration.

Marriage contract of Hajar Khanum and Ghulam Riza Khan, 1905
Marriage contract of Hajar Khanum, the daughter of Muʻtamad al-Sultan Aqa Ghulam Riza Khan, and Aqa Ghulam Riza Khan, the son of Haji Aqa Muhammad Khan Amin al-Raʻaya. The mahr was twenty mans [unit of agricultural land] of a property and the use of water from a qanat, some pieces of land, as well as some rugs, copperware, bedding, and gold worth six hundred tumans in total. On verso, it is noted that Hajar Khanum transferred the money to Aqa Mirza ʻAli Aqa, the son of Haji Muhammad Riza to use as he sees fit on September 9, 1927.

Marriage contract of Khayr al-Nisa’ and Ramazan ‘Ali, 1863
Marriage contract of Khayr al-Nisa’, daughter of the late Karbalayi ‘Abd al-‘Ali from Haji Mahal neighborhood of Lahijan, and Ramazan ‘Ali, son of Mirza Baba Muhammad from Lahijan. The mahr is sixty-six tumans and three thousand three hundred fifty dinars to buy Baghdadi wrapping cloth, some women's clothes, a gold ring, a gold talisman, and eight gold coins. The rest of the mahr as cash. On the margin: "The bride settled with her brother, Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali, exchanging twenty tumans for a set of clothes."

Settlement concerning Qamar Taj Shams Aʻ zam's assets ,1924
In this settlement, Qamar Taj Shams Aʻzam, daughter of Amir Husayn Khan Nasir Nizam and wife of Aqa Mirza Ahmad Khan Muʼayyad al-Mulk, transfers her assets to Husayn Quli Khan Arfaʻ al-Mulk, the minor son of her husband. According to this settlement, Shams Aʻzam has the right to abrogate this settlement within 50 years. She abrogated the settlement on May 28, 1928.

Settlement between Aqa Baygum, daughter of Haj Muhammad Javad from Isfahan and wife of Haj Muhammad Sadiq from Dastjird, and her two sons, Muhammad Hadi Arbab and Muhammad Shafi‘, exchanging four-and-one-half acres of a property in Dastjird, which she inherited from her son, Hasan ‘Ali, for one hundred dinars. After Nayib Ibrahim, son of Haji Muhammad Baqir from Khuzan, died without leaving a will, there was a dispute between Nayib Ibrahim's wife Khanum Sultan, daughter of Mirza Muhammad Hasan from Andan, and Nayib Ibrahim's daughter Aqa Baygum, wife of ‘Abd al-Rahman. Khanum Sultan demanded her share of the inheritance and what was hers according to her marriage contract. Dividing the inheritance of Sayyid Ibrahim, 1921
After listing the properties of Haji Sayyid Kazim Aqa, his mother (Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum), and inheritors of the late Mashhadi Sayyid Ibrahim, the share of inheritance of Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum, the mahr of Fatimah Khanum (wife of Sayyid Ibrahim) and of Sayyidah Sakinah Khanum (wife of Sayyid Kazim) were determined. Then Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum settled her share with Sayyid Kazim and inheritors of Sayyid Ibrahim; Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum will hold ownership of her household items, clothing, and her gold. Also, custodians of underage children have been determined.
